2012 Diversity CRNA Information Session at Samuel Merritt University / California (June 9th - Saturday)
Interested in Applying to a Nurse Anesthesia Program? Do you want to be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist? Register for the Diversity CRNA Information Session at Samuel Merritt University (June 9th). You will meet four Nurse Anesthesia Program Directors, CRNAs, and Nurse Anesthesia Students. Learn comprehensive information about the admission process, rigors of the program, clinical expectations, didactic courses, balancing family and finances, and more!! Receive a copy of the new anesthesia video of CRNAs and SRNAs reviewing the anesthesia machine and related equipment. Continental breakfast and lunch provided! Start promptly at 8AM…Ends at 4PM!

2012 Airway Simulation Lab (June 10th - Sunday)
Learn, review and simulate on the anesthesia machine, airway equipment, and other modalities in the Samuel Merritt University Nurse Anesthesia Program Simulation Lab! Great experience to learn new terminology! Write in your essay that you attended the Diversity CRNA Information Session and Airway Simulation Lab! Starts promptly at 8AM!! Ends at 2:30PM. Lunch is provided!

-Nearest BART station to Samuel Merritt is approx. 1 mile (MacArthur station) but there is a free shuttle operated by Alta Bates Summit Medical Center that runs from that station to our campus every 15 minutes.

-From Oakland Airport, there is an AirBART connector bus to the Coliseum BART station. Then BART can be taken to the 12th Street BART station, across from the Marriott Hotel City Center.
